Working with me

Deciding to seek help with your issue may feel like a big step and I appreciate that. You'll want to feel comfortable that you can trust me and be open with me. You'll also want to feel confident that I have the skills to help you. So I suggest that we have a chat on the phone before we start working together, so we can both decide if we are 'a good fit'.

My therapeutic toolkit

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches alongside my primary therapy of Clinical Hypnosis. I'm qualified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and am an NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and coach. I also trained in EMDR and psycho-sensory techniques. Naturally, I'm fully insured for all the therapies that I provide and teach.

What will happen when you come to see me

At your first session, we'll have a chat about the reason you've come to see me, the changes you seek and your expectations of therapy. Then, when the information-gathering part of the session is complete and you're ready, we'll begin the hypnosis. After the session, you'll probably feel relaxed, yet alert, and ready to continue with your day.
