Stop smoking

Hypnotherapy to stop smoking could help you if are committed to giving up cigarettes or tobacco. If you don’t want medication or nicotine replacement, hypnosis is safe and has no side effects. Most clients find one two hour appointment is enough to quit smoking permanently. A self hypnosis recording is included.
